Whether you are an experienced hiker or just getting started, we have the perfect set of trekking poles for you. There are lot of different options from a lot of different manufacturers. Below are a few that we think are some of the best trekking poles out there:
Leki Trekking Poles

Their trekking poles are designed in cooperation with certified mountain guides and well known athletes. Leki’s Mountain Trek Series of trekking poles are some of the most advanced and sophisticated walking poles available. The Leki trail series are high quality trekking poles, but are more reasonably priced than the Mountain Trek Series. The Leki Trail poles have an interchangeable basket system, a carbide flextip, and weigh only 14.4 oz per pair. They have 360-degree padded Nubuck straps and dual-density grip tops, which really help during long excursions. They have Black Diamond’s Dual Flicklocks, which make it extremely fast and easy to adjust your poles length. The carbon fiber in the upper section of the poles make them extremely strong and durable, as well as light. It has a comfort cork grip, an on/off anti shock mechanism, a Vario=trekking basket, and a tungsten/carbide tip. The Komperdell C3 Carbon Poles are some of the best that money can buy. The ultra-light carbon shafts are slim and strong, and only weigh 15,58 ounces per pair. The pneumatic anti-shock system utilizes air pistons to provide progressive cushioning, so the stronger the impact, the stronger the cushioning. Below the standard grips, the upper pole sections have a patented G’reptile grip zone. This eliminates the need to manually adjust the length of your poles when you are going down a steep slope.
